Woman with suicidal tendencies commits suicide 1994, clear suicide note NOT blaming anyone, STILL case on 17 years, SC exonerates hubby and co, clear evidence of woman's son about circumstances leading to suicide, still hubby has to fight for his relief for 17 years.... IF the courts are to be clogged with such patently FALSE cases, JUST because the dead person is a married woman, how will this country provide justice in time ????
